    Q. How do I find my way round your website?
    A. The blue tabs with white writing in the bar across the top of the site will take you to a selection of the current top sellers in the various types of product we sell on the website – CDs, DVDs, Books. The blue/green coloured panels down the left side of the pages show our complete stock of CDs, Books, DVDs etc divided into categories  eg fiddle, bagpipe, harp music, Celtic bands, Scots Song, Gaelic song etc., listed by title in alphabetical order. There are also tabs for our Forum, Artists, Music Downloads (including ringtones), our monthly Radio Programme , information guides, Newsletters and Podcasts.  If you are looking for a specific CD, book, or artist simply type the title/name into our ‘Search’ box. You will find the ‘search’ box located on every page in the blue bar which runs along the top of the site.

    Q. I’ve found what I want, how do I place an order?
    A. To order online simply click on the ‘Buy Now’ button located on the right side of each product page. You will be taken to your ‘shopping basket’ where you will see the item you have just selected (along with the price plus a delivery charge). From here you can either continue shopping by clicking on the “<<< Continue Shopping” link or “Proceed to Checkout”.   If you have clicked “Proceed to Checkout” and have not logged in you will be taken to the Login page. If you have not registered with Foot Stompin’ before see our Registration section.  When you have logged in you will be taken to our checkout page. Here you will have a last chance to alter quantities and shipping addresses*. (At any point you can choose to see the prices displayed in British pounds, Euros or US dollars by clicking on your chosen currency logo in the top bar where it says ‘Your Currency’). You then click “Proceed to Payment” where you will be taken to make your payment through our partners at the WorldPay Secure Server.

*Please note, when you are asked to select a delivery address for your purchase, if it is outside the United Kingdom, the postage charge displayed earlier will change slightly to reflect your destination.

    Q. I’m getting a strange popup asking for my details when I pay for my order in WorldPay?
    A. You might come across a popup whilst processing your credit card details through Worldpay. This called 3D Secure and is a new technical standard developed by Visa and MasterCard to further secure CNP transactions over the Internet. It often appears as a pop up box when you are trying to pay for an item. You will not see this on Foot Stompin' but it might come up when you leave our site to pay for you purchase through Worldpay. It is totally legitimate although it does surprise people who are not expecting it. If you have any problems you can read more at http://www.footstompin.com/public/3d_secure. If you have any problems please contact us.

    Q. What credit cards payment options does your WorldPay Secure Server offer?
    A.  Through WorldPay you can choose to pay by  Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Amex, Maestro, JCB, Solo.

    Q. Do you confirm receipt of orders?
    A. Yes. You should receive an automated email confirming your order immediately. In this doesn’t happen, check your junkmail box in case it gets caught in your spam filter!

    Q.  Can I order from you offline?
    A. Yes. By telephone 0044(0). Most recognised debit/credit cards taken.  Order hotline: 10am - 9pm BST (Weekends 11am - 5pm BST)

    Q. How do I find out about the status of my order?
Information about your order and can be found by logging in to Foot Stompin’ and clicking on ‘My Account’

    Q. How long from order to delivery?

Rest of the world ideally within 6-7 working days but we have no control over the delivery timescale once packages are mailed. You will receive an email when you order is dispatched.
