    Scotch Whisky

Scotch whisky is whisky made in Scotland. It is divided into five categories: Single malt Scotch whisky, blended malt, blended Scotch whisky, blended grain Scotch whisky, and single grain Scotch whisky. Although the exact origins of distillation are lost in history, the first written mention of Scotch whisky is in the Exchequer Rolls of Scotland, 1495. An entry lists 'Eight bolls of malt to Friar John Cor wherewith to make aqua vitae' (water of life). This was sufficient to produce almost 1,500 bottles, suggesting that distilling was already well-established.

At Foot Stompin' we have an agreement with  to provide our customers with the best in Scotch whisky. Below we have selected some fabulous whiskies for you to view. If these don't suit your tastes Master of Malt has a massive selection of popular and rare whiskies for you peruse.
