Aly Bain and Phil Cunningham - Portrait:  It is always a welcome event when legendary ambassadors of Scottish Traditional Music, Aly Bain and Phil Cunningham release a new CD. Aly is Scotland's supreme traditional-style fiddler, while multi-instrumentalist Phil is a is a superb, innovative musician. For more than 20 years this popular and entertaining duo have kept Scotland's music to the fore as they tour the country filling not only small village halls, but all of our major performance venues.  Enjoy a flavour of the duo with these 11 beautifully played tracks starting off with Ronnie Cooper's composition St Ninian's Isle.
