 The Glenfiddich Fiddle Championships happen annually in Blair Castle, Blairgowrie in October. The fiddle championships showcase the best of Scotland's fiddle talent and are run by the world famous Glenfiddich Whisky distillery. The Glenfiddich Fiddle Championships started in 1990 and the first winner was Maureen Turnbull. It runs alongside the Glenfiddich solo piping championships which like the fiddle event features world class piping. Check out our fiddle music section.
