Volume 2 features the runners up bands performing in the 2008 World Pipe Band Championships. The Championships take place annually in Glasgow in August when the great city fills with pipers from across the globe. A magical time captured here on DVD! The Pipe Band scene is a very vibrant one and particularly so during the World Pipe Band Championships help annually  in Glasgow. The fabulous annual event attracts many thousands of spectators who can watch around 8000 pipers and drummers in 200 bands from as many as 16 nations compete for the prestigious World Pipe Band Champions title.
