Scots born comic Bruce Fummey's take on Robert Burns's famous tale 'About Tam o Shanter' was originally a sell-out show at Edinburgh's renowned Festival Fringe in 2006. In it he combines his crass, but self-effacing style of comedy with his love of Robert Burns to hilarious effect. About Tam o Shanter is based around the epic poem in which Burns paints a vivid picture of the drinking classes in the old Scotch town of Ayr in the late 18th century. Bruce Fummey's performance is hilarious and topped off with the finest performance of the poem you are likely to see. Absolutely brilliant!
